Hello! this is my second entry for today!!! Well, you know what? Next Friday is Inaugural Night!!! I'll make a speech with english plus............. plus KOREAN!!!! OH GOD!!! I cant speak Korean very well!!! Thats so hard!!! But I'll try it!!! I'll do my best!!! but, thats so HARD for me........ OH GOD!!! How To a Healthy Diet
Hello everybody!! How are you? Well, now, I post about how to a healthy diet. Who diet now?????? ME!!! *rise my hand* so, check it out guys!
1. Eat plenty of high-fiber foods—that is, fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. These are the "good" carbohydrates—nutritious, filling, and relatively low in calories. They should supply the 20 to 30 grams of dietary fiber you need each day, which slows the absorption of carbohydrates, so there’s less effect on insulin and blood sugar, and provides other health benefits as well. Such foods also provide important vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (plant chemicals essential to good health).
2. Make sure to include green, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables—such as broccoli, carrots, cantaloupe, and citrus fruits. The antioxidants and other nutrients in these foods may help protect against developing certain types of cancer and other diseases. Eat five or more servings a day.
3. Limit your intake of sugary foods, refined-grain products such as white bread, and salty snack foods. Sugar, our No.1 additive, is added to a vast array of foods. Just one daily 12-ounce can of soda (160 calories) can add up to 16 pounds over the course of a year. Many sugary foods are also high in fat, so they’re calorie-dense.
4. Cut down on animal fat. It’s rich in saturated fat, which boosts blood cholesterol levels and has other adverse health effects. Choose lean meats, skinless poultry, and nonfat or low-fat or nonfat dairy products.
5. Cut way down on trans fats, supplied by hydrogenated vegetable oils used in most processed foods in the supermarket and in many fast foods.
6. Eat more fish and nuts, which contain healthy unsaturated fats. Substitute olive or canola oil for butter or stick margarine.
7. Keep portions moderate, especially of high-calorie foods. In recent years serving sizes have ballooned, particularly in restaurants. Choose a starter instead of an entrée, split a dish with a friend, and don’t order supersized anything.
8. Keep your cholesterol intake below 300 milligrams per day. Cholesterol is found only in animal products, such as meats, poultry, dairy products, and egg yolks.
9. Eat a variety of foods. Don't try to fill your nutrient requirements by eating the same foods day in, day out. It is possible that not every essential nutrient has been identified, and so eating a wide assortment of foods helps to ensure that you will get all the necessary nutrients. In addition, this will limit your exposure to any pesticides or toxic substances that may be present in one particular food.
10. Maintain an adequate calcium intake. Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. Get your calcium from low-fat sources, such as skim milk and low-fat yogurt. If you can't get the optimal amount from foods, take supplements.
11. Try to get your vitamins and minerals from foods, not from supplements. Supplements cannot substitute for a healthy diet, which supplies nutrients and other compounds besides vitamins and minerals. Foods also provide the "synergy" that many nutrients require to be efficiently used in the body.
12. Maintain a desirable weight. Balance energy (calorie) intake with energy output. Exercise and other physical activity are essential.
13. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. That is one drink a day for women, two a day for men. A drink is defined as 12 ounces of beer, 4 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof spirits. Excess alcohol consumption leads to a variety of health problems. And alcoholic beverages can
add many calories to your diet without supplying nutrients.

Manchester United
Well, my feeling so bad. Manchester United lose on this match. Manchester United lose for this match.. Disappointed as you can imagine....champions of England but runners up in europe. Barcelona are an exceptional team and are worthy Champions. They (Manchester United) still had a great season.
sad farewell match for him. but we're still winners. Manchester United is now motivated to strive harder next season. Red deviLs for Life!! Red Devil is NEVER end. Manchester United too for life. We still love Van Der Sar! I cant forget him :'(

Mas Hee Chul
Halo! Apa kabar? Have a nice saturday! kali ini aku mau nge post tentang idolaku. haha. yea, photo di atas itu nama nya Hee Chul. ini salah satu member Super Junior. yang sudah jadi ELF pasti tau. haha. well, aku udah jadi ELF udah lebih dari tiga tahun. nah, Hee Chul ini sangat lah cantik. kadang-kadang aku manggil nya Heenim haha. waktu SS3 (Super Show 3) kemaren kan Super Junior ke Singapore. ada project yang dibuat ELF Indonesia. salah satu nya ngasih GOLD MEDAL yang asli emas, blangkon, dan batik. terus, ELF Indonesia itu bikin banner yang Glow In The Dark gitu. jadi, waktu lampu nya di matikan, cuma banner ELF Indonesia aja yang keliatan dan bisa terbaca karena glow in the dark. dan, yang paling aku suka, waktu blangkon dan batiknya di lempar ke atas panggung! Shin Dong langsung ngambil batiknya dan langsung di pake. omo, oppa, kamu mirip abang penjual sate. lols haha. nah, sedangkan Heenim ini ngambil blangkonnya, dan langsung di pake (liat photo di atas) oppa tetep ganteng banget!!! lucu!! cantik!!

Halo! hari ini capeeek banget. gari ini bawaan ke sekolah banyak banget. berat. capek. tapi, hari ini aku juga senemg. bisa ketemu temen-temen kelas. walaupun gak semua nya menyenangkan, sih.
Kepengen rasa nya tidur cepat malam ini. tapi gak. gak bisa! aku harus belajar. aku harus bisa ranking 1. apa pun cara nya. sekali-sekali aku mau banggain orang tua ku :)
Oh iya, entar tanggal 4 Juni 2011 ada event KIMCHI, dan Super Junior bakalan isi event ini! ahaha. asik! aku kepengeeen banget nonton. aku udah jadi ELF lebih dari 3 tahun. pokok nya aku harus nonton!
Tapi, masalah harga ticket, aku harus pilih yang VIP! segini dulu ya ngepost nya. dilanjut nanti malam. bye

Gue hari ini nganggur nih. Jadi, mungkin hari ini bakalan jadi hari yang paling banyak gue nge-entry.
oh iya, kadang-kadang gue mikir gini :

haha LOL. soal nya, aku bisa dapetin yang aku mau. tapi, waktu gue baca The Princes Diary, gak semua "queen" itu kaya. karena itu tergantung dengan perekonomian. hehe. Sebener nya, kalau gue jadi "queen" gue gak butuh kekayaan atau semacam nya. gue cuma mau ketemu sama idola gue aja. haha
tapi, juga gak selama nya enak jadi "queen" karena banyak pengawal, dan gak bisa bergerak bebas atau, "no air" hahaha.

Diary Of The Wimpy Kid
HELL-o :))
Siapa sih yang nggak tau Diary Of a Wimpy Kid? novel kocak yang bikin ngakak. Beberapa prannya yaitu Greg, Rodrick, Manny. Tokoh favorite gue sih Rodrick. Rodrick super cuek and egois. Sifat nya yang buat dia jadi tenar di kalangan sekolahnya.
HARI INI, hue seneng banget karna tinngal 1 buku Diary Of a Wimpy Kid lagi :)) English dan Indonesian version ada. Semoga aku bisa menjadi kolektor :))

Anything Make Me Bored Today
HELL-o *haha
ini entry keduaku hari ini. Hari ini libur sekolah, awal-awal nya aja seneng libur sekolah. Memang sih banyak waktu longgar buat ngerjain sesuatu. Tapi sumpah BOSEN BANGET
Hari ini, aku sudah belajar, liat tutorial main piano, sama beres-beres rumah. Tiba-tiba aku pengen ngubrak-abrik tumpukan koran. Eh, nemu photo nya Dejong deh *asik! De Jong!!!!<3* trus tu photo aku gunting, dan ku tempel di buku khusus. TAPI SAMA AJA BIKIN BOSEN
Akhirnya, aku browsing dan ketemu official Magnum Web. Sebenernya sih aku mau ikut video competition, tapi sudah menduga bakal kalah *gak sportif* yaudah gak ikutan.
Mungkin akibat bosen, bibir ku jadi bengkak -____- dan aku ngomel-ngomel. tapi, hari ini, ANYTHING MAKE ME BORED *___*
